Day 32/90 – Learn techniques to avoid immediate reactions and stressful situations

Day 32 –

I wanted to talk to you about how you can train yourself to stop stressing out/reacting immediately when something happens. For instance, if you get a phone call from your boss – you may jump out of your seat and run over to the phone, worried that it may be some bad news coming in. Tensing up in anticipation of bad news. Fearing that you did something wrong.

Your nervous system can’t tell the difference between your reaction to an actually dangerous situation and the fear you feel when you think the dangerous situation is happening. Or the scary situation or the stressful situation. If you make yourself react to something just in anticipation of it MAYBE happening, then you put yourself through unnecessary and damaging stress.

Today I give you some examples of how you can train your mind to avoid reacting with stress in some of these situations.

Day 24 –

Today I touch by a topic from one of the best books I’ve read: Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz. This is a MUST READ for anybody in any point of their lives. Don’t think about it, just get it(PS. I can get you a free pdf of it if you contact me).

“Every living thing has a built in guidance system or goal-striving-device put there by its creator to help it achieve its goal and in broad terms, to live.” With animals this mostly means finding food and shelter. In humans it means more than mere survival. As humans we have more emotional and spiritual needs, to live means more than survival and procreation of the species. We have the ability to conquer problems, invent, create, develop ourselves etc…

I give a few examples on this in my video today but my main message is: utilizing your creative imagination properly is key for activating your own success mechanism. Consider your brain as software – you can program it as you please. Reprogram your mind so that it assists you in achieving your goals. Edit the negativ component and reprogram it to see opportunities instead…
