I hope you had a fantastic weekend. I hope you enjoyed yourself but also learned something new. I hope you got some work done each day that made you get one step closer to achieving your goals. I hope you read something or listened to someone giving you value and inspiration.
I had a great weekend with my lady. It was her birthday this weekend so we decided to take some extra time to celebrate. However, we made sure we had finished all our daily tasks each day before we relaxed. We have a larger goal in life, we don’t just see this weekend(even though we enjoy each day) but we have a longer perspective of where we want to be and what we want to accomplish. So we make a plan and we take action towards our goals each day.
Today I am going into chapter 3 of “Master Key to Riches” by Napoleon Hill. Since I joined the internet marketing business I have been very engaged in personal development. I had no idea that I would develop like this before I started. I didn’t really realize it was that important to work on yourself for success. Well, now I know! And I hope you will realize this as well. No matter what you do, really, you will benefit greatly from spending some time to work on yourself.
By coaching your mind, by training your mindset in a certain way, you will attract riches. Riches = money? Sure, but that is not the only riches we are talking about. Napoleon Hill talks about 12 riches and only one of them has to do with economic security. “That’s not what I am looking for”, you may think.. Well, you would be surprised…! I recommend you pick this book up yourself as well besides listening to my videos.
I am only giving you one of the nine practices for receiving life’s rewards today.. Why not all nine? I want you to get engaged. Don’t just be a passive listener. Day 32 –
I wanted to talk to you about how you can train yourself to stop stressing out/reacting immediately when something happens. For instance, if you get a phone call from your boss – you may jump out of your seat and run over to the phone, worried that it may be some bad news coming in. Tensing up in anticipation of bad news. Fearing that you did something wrong.
Your nervous system can’t tell the difference between your reaction to an actually dangerous situation and the fear you feel when you think the dangerous situation is happening. Or the scary situation or the stressful situation. If you make yourself react to something just in anticipation of it MAYBE happening, then you put yourself through unnecessary and damaging stress.
Today I give you some examples of how you can train your mind to avoid reacting with stress in some of these situations.
I am telling you this “challenge”/opportunity is doing wonders for me! Only at day 13 I feel so much better.. both in terms of confidence to make my videos but also especially on the fitness part of it. As you know I am doing a certain set of exercises each day as well My goal is to show you that I can do 50 pull ups in my Day 90- video!!! lol
Topic of my blog today is about the results of taking action. I know I have talked about this a ton of times already, but honestly it never gets old. Where do you think you are going to be in life if you don’t take action?
It’s also interesting to see the chain reactions of this challenge. I was discussing this with my lady the other day(she is also doing the fitness part of the 90 day opportunity). Our personal “challenge” was for me to do the videos, but for us both to cut down alcohol and to do a set of exercises per day. There were no food restrictions. Just a minimum of workouts and a maximum on alcohol. Well, after 13 days we are seeing added benefits of not really wanting to eat bad food anymore.. the candy is less appealing.. the urge is just not there the same way it may have used to be before. And that is kinda cool! It is just an added side effect to the fitness challenge!
NB! I am actually switching out my gummy bears(yeah I love those things) with fruit now. Fruit is the new gummies! lol
So, take action.. start small if you have to, do something every day to work towards your goals. See how much closer you will get after only 13 – 15- 20 days.. see how other things in life is also starting to fall into place as you go along.

Today we are talking about the big and important Autosuggestion! Chapter 4 from “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill.
My definition of autosuggestion:
How you can consciously train your subconscious mind to act and respond in the way that you ideally want it to act and respond. Positively controlling and preparing yourself to become susceptible for success through thoughts, words and actions.
This is described as the third step toward riches in the book.
Let me first tell you that I have read this chapter at least 15 – 20 times in the past 30 days because I know how important and valuable it is.
I have now started to see what Napoleon talks about as “manifestations of my monetary equivalent”. It has started to appear in my day-to-day life.
I know that with Faith, Desire and Autosuggestion, money will come towards me from all different angles. Through expected as well as unexpected ways.
Here is a perfect example:
With all this positive energy going out from my mind recently…
I needed $1500 extra to buy a program.
One day I was told by an accountant at my job that they owed me money. My job audited themselves…
Never heard that happened before at my job!
And funny enough I was not surprised when it happened.
Now mind you I’m not saying money will come out of thin air for you!
But with positive vibrations anything is possible.
And to be open to it, is to allow it to come to You.
(Also I was listening to books about positive thinking 5 to 6 hours a day as this happened)
I even had this book on my ears through audio books when I was going to sleep at night and as I was waking up in the morning.
I drive a truck all day by myself so can listen to pretty much anything, as well as putting headphones on at night.
So I do believe my pace and development was a bit accelerated at this point.
Or maybe not… you should try it out yourself and let me know how it works for you.
But I know that with the proper mindset you can do it too!
