I came across this video tonight and I just had to share it. My lady and I both were touched by seeing the kindness shown around the world.
When it is so easy to make someone else happy – we should all strive to do it more often.
We are setting ourselves a goal to do something good for someone else each day.
Spread the love! Be the change you want to see in the world!
Day 31 –
I have an exercise for you today. I want you to try to NOT condemn, criticize or complain at all today. Not towards others and not towards yourself. Be aware of your mind today and notice when you are doing any one of the three C-s. See how it goes.
Studies have shown that humans spend about 2 hours per day just condemning themselves. 2 hours of a day feeling like you should be doing better than what you are doing and blaming yourself. Kicking yourself. Thats horrible! Stop it!
Try this and let me know how it goes.
P.S I’m no expert on this.. I have to constantly train and control my mind to stop doing this. Some days are better than others.
It’s Sunday evening in Washington DC and I wanted to share with you this video recording of one of my biggest mentors so far.. Mr. Napoleon Hill himself..
For those of you who have followed my blog for a while you know that I have already read through three of his books many many times already. It has been a great learning process for me and he has inspired many of my video blog posts.
I wanted to share this video with you(from youtube) where you get over 2 hours of him in his own words. Worth using 2 hours of your Sunday night for!
Hope you enjoy!
I want to hear your thoughts people!!
Don’t waste your time worrying. Make goals, consistently walk towards them.
You will have a better day tomorrow.
Would love to hear from you!
Treat others the way you would like to be treated. See others the way you would like to be seen yourself.
With this we can end any great negative trend.
I even think world peace is possible if we all do our parts internally.
Would love to hear your thoughts! Comment below or email me!
