I hope you had a fantastic weekend. I hope you enjoyed yourself but also learned something new. I hope you got some work done each day that made you get one step closer to achieving your goals. I hope you read something or listened to someone giving you value and inspiration.
I had a great weekend with my lady. It was her birthday this weekend so we decided to take some extra time to celebrate. However, we made sure we had finished all our daily tasks each day before we relaxed. We have a larger goal in life, we don’t just see this weekend(even though we enjoy each day) but we have a longer perspective of where we want to be and what we want to accomplish. So we make a plan and we take action towards our goals each day.
Today I am going into chapter 3 of “Master Key to Riches” by Napoleon Hill. Since I joined the internet marketing business I have been very engaged in personal development. I had no idea that I would develop like this before I started. I didn’t really realize it was that important to work on yourself for success. Well, now I know! And I hope you will realize this as well. No matter what you do, really, you will benefit greatly from spending some time to work on yourself.
By coaching your mind, by training your mindset in a certain way, you will attract riches. Riches = money? Sure, but that is not the only riches we are talking about. Napoleon Hill talks about 12 riches and only one of them has to do with economic security. “That’s not what I am looking for”, you may think.. Well, you would be surprised…! I recommend you pick this book up yourself as well besides listening to my videos.
I am only giving you one of the nine practices for receiving life’s rewards today.. Why not all nine? I want you to get engaged. Don’t just be a passive listener. I am still on stress management as a topic. Yesterday we talked about how you can practice not reacting immediately and with stress. Today I want you to start practicing stressful situations ahead of time and by that, relieving some of the pressure from it.
An example from the video today is stressful conversations with your boss(assuming you are not an internet marketer and you actually work from someone else). Picture yourself preparing to ask your boss for a promotion or a raise. You may be worried that your boss will turn you down, maybe worried he will ask you some tough questions… What if he brings up that mistake you made with the orders last quarter? What if someone has complained on your performance without you knowing it, and now he will bring it up to prevent having to give you a raise? –> Here’s what you do:
Sit down and spend some time picturing how the conversation may go. What is the most likely turn of events. Word by word, hear the conversation in your mind. When you feel like you are done – start over but make the conversation take a slightly different turn. Then do it again. And again… until you are sure you have gone through all the possible outcomes. Prepare for the arguments and questions your boss may ask you. See yourself giving the proper answers.
By doing this you remove the stress from the situation. You can go into the meeting knowing that no matter what your boss will throw at you – you have an answer and you will not be nervous about stumbling along. You GOT THIS!

Day 21 and it’s Saturday!
I hope you are enjoying your weekend wherever in the world you may be right now. I just returned from a nice(and hot) day by the pool. Since we are going to the Empower Network event in Denver in two weeks, the lady and I decided to stay in this weekend and have our own little “success workshop”.
After a nice home cooked dinner we are settling down with our note pads to really STUDY our BIM/EmpowerNetwork back offices. There is SO MUCH hands on and valuable information available for us members there and I recommend everyone a part of this to utilize the knowledge base you have access to.
We decided to stay in tonight and work on our bright future.. We’ll go party later, all over the world 🙂
I’ve been doing my workouts and my videos now for 20 days. Some days have been like a breeze, some days have been a huge hassle. What I’ve learnt is that as long as I am able to be consistent with my goals, as long as I do that thing each day that I set out to do, it only gets better and better. Doesn’t mean there are not still days that are difficult, it just means I can see the improvement happening. That’s motivation!
So remember, some days may be rough.. some days may be really hard! But find that strength and motivation in you to push through with your necessary action and you will be thrilled as you notice the progress come along.
Day 17 – fun story about working hard, taking action, actually taking your dreams/goals seriously and find that drive that you desperately need for success.

Giving you a story from my lunch conversation today that made me do some reflecting.
Day 15/90 – Happy Sunday!!
I started my Sunday off doing the Capitol Bikeshare around DC. This is a fairly new thing for DC, bike stations all around town where you can pick up and drop off rented bikes. It was funny cause I had not been on a bike much the last 4-6 years but I had a great time. It is always great to rediscover stuff you might have forgotten how to enjoy.
We ended up going around the mall downtown, checking out people and memorials. Finally, we decided to make video 15 next to the incredibly inspirational Martin Luther King Jr(memorial).
As I know a lot of you guys out there who are trying to blog every day and/or are doing the 90 day video thing – I know it can be challenging to find a topic to speak about each day. If you don’t have a specific topic line set up, if you don’t really have a passion you can talk about forever – you can always just try something new. Try something you never did before and make a comment/video on how you liked it. I know as a blog reader and video watcher that I would be interested hearing a person’s first observations/experiences with something they have never tried before.
So that’s the topic of today. Had great Sunday but my legs sure feel fatigued from biking all around town. Lol..

Day 14 of 90, and it is Saturday!
My main message today is: Please please take some action today that will help you get closer to your goals. I don’t care if it is Saturday and you want to party. I don’t mean that you can’t party and let loose, but I want you to at least spend a couple of hours first to do some things that will get you closer to achieving your goals.
Doesn’t matter what your goal is – want to make more money, want to start your own business, want to get in shape, want to learn how to paint or master the art of Kung Fu. EITHER WAY I am sure there is SOMETHING you can do RIGHT NOW that would help you get closer to that goal. Do it. Now. Don’t wait.
Then relax later….
