Alright my friends,
I am super stoked tonight… For two reasons.
First of all my Redskins are playing their first game of the season, which is a conference game AND a Monday night game! Wooh!
Second of all – we have our weekly Empower Hour call at 9 pm where top earners share the tricks and treats of the internet marketing business.

It’s Monday. I know all of you out there are not necessarily doing my mental development challenge of 30 days(if you want to check it out its RIGHT HERE), I also know that even though you are actually doing the challenge you may still experience a tough Monday here and there.
I know that if you actually LAUGH even though you may not feel like it, but just force yourself to smile and make laughing sounds, it is very hard to stay sad/angry/frustrated…

I know many of you are not huge fans of this day of the week. However, if you see it as a new opportunity – a fresh start – to make this Monday better than last Monday, you’ve already come a long way towards getting to where you’d want to be.
Monday is the start of a new week and that makes it the perfect opportunity for a new fresh start. Take advantage of this!
Spend 20 minutes right now to think through and write down what you want to accomplish today.. Then think about all the things you want to have accomplished by this time Sunday. Spread your goals throughout the week so you have at least one tangible goal per day on your list.
Then you just work towards those goals. By the end of the week you feel good and accomplished. It will also benefit you when preparing for the following week as you have now seen what you can actually do. You have built belief in your capabilities and your consistency. Your sub-conscious mind will then be more encouraging starting the next week.
