Why You Should Never Say “You’re Wrong”

You may find yourself in a heated discussion sometimes, or you may feel frustrated and upset about what is being discussed in front of you because you feel someone is wrong in what they are saying. How do you react? What do you do?

Today’s video blog is about how you should NOT tell someone that they are WRONG!

Check it out and let me know your thoughts!

Happy Hump Day!

A lot of you enjoyed my last video-book suggestion with Napoleon Hill and “Think and Grow Rich”. Thank you so much for responding to me and sharing your own reflections and thoughts!

I understand it perfectly well that sitting down to read a book doesn’t always “fit into” our schedule sometimes. This recording is a perfect background sound and entertainment. Turn it on while you clean your house, shave, eat lunch or whatever situation you see fit..

It’s another good book with some great lessons in it.

Assist like Chris Paul/Taking interest in other people’s interests

What feels better than helping someone else with something they can’t do themselves?

Or what about helping someone that could do it themselves but that absolutely did not expect a helping hand?

How about that look on a stranger’s face when they get an unexpected positive comment or help getting through that door or up those stairs or across that street?

My video blog today is about Helping Others and Taking Interest in What Interests Others. The topic is inspired by the book “How to Make Friends and Influence People”.

My examples today go specifically into Statefarm/Chris Paul and the NBA, into famous artists like Gwen Stefani/Taylor Swift vs. rap artists and finally an example for parents and children… Though, there are so many situations and examples out there I am sure you can think of a couple dozen yourself…

Would love to hear your thoughts on this one!

How To Start Your Monday Off Awesome

IMG_1494

Hi guys,

Happy Monday!

I know many of you are not huge fans of this day of the week. However, if you see it as a new opportunity – a fresh start –  to make this Monday better than last Monday, you’ve already come a long way towards getting to where you’d want to be.

Monday is the start of a new week and that makes it the perfect opportunity for a new fresh start. Take advantage of this!

My suggestion:

Spend 20 minutes right now to think through and write down what you want to accomplish today.. Then think about all the things you want to have accomplished by this time Sunday. Spread your goals throughout the week so you have at least one tangible goal per day on your list.

Then you just work towards those goals. By the end of the week you feel good and accomplished. It will also benefit you when preparing for the following week as you have now seen what you can actually do. You have built belief in your capabilities and your consistency. Your sub-conscious mind will then be more encouraging starting the next week.

Hope this helps you start your Monday off AWESOME!

Best,

Ron

You are your own MENTAL SURGEON

Hi guys,

Today’s video subject is a combination of some topics I touched into through several different books recently.

Mainly this is a combination of Corrective Thought and Imagination.

I would like to take this opportunity to recommend the book “Psycho-Cybernetics” by Maxwell Maltz. A great book on reprogramming your mind that I think everyone should read. I will not go through this book chapter by chapter but I will bring up a few parts of it here and there that I think are important.

Hope you enjoy!

As always I would love to hear from you!
