Day 32 –
I wanted to talk to you about how you can train yourself to stop stressing out/reacting immediately when something happens. For instance, if you get a phone call from your boss – you may jump out of your seat and run over to the phone, worried that it may be some bad news coming in. Tensing up in anticipation of bad news. Fearing that you did something wrong.
Your nervous system can’t tell the difference between your reaction to an actually dangerous situation and the fear you feel when you think the dangerous situation is happening. Or the scary situation or the stressful situation. If you make yourself react to something just in anticipation of it MAYBE happening, then you put yourself through unnecessary and damaging stress.
Today I give you some examples of how you can train your mind to avoid reacting with stress in some of these situations.
Did you know that Aggression is not necessarily a bad thing? I know, sounds weird.. but aggression focused on the right goal in the right way will actually be a good thing giving good results.

I wanted to stay on some topics from Psycho-Cybernetics today cause this book has so much to offer(email me for a free copy). I’m sharing a story from my childhood and how I struggled in school. I considered myself a “bad test-taker”. It was a long journey but I was able to turn that negative conception of myself around.
Don’t let fear control you – learn how to de-hypnotize yourself from preconceived notions.

Day 24 –
Today I touch by a topic from one of the best books I’ve read: Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz. This is a MUST READ for anybody in any point of their lives. Don’t think about it, just get it(PS. I can get you a free pdf of it if you contact me).
“Every living thing has a built in guidance system or goal-striving-device put there by its creator to help it achieve its goal and in broad terms, to live.” With animals this mostly means finding food and shelter. In humans it means more than mere survival. As humans we have more emotional and spiritual needs, to live means more than survival and procreation of the species. We have the ability to conquer problems, invent, create, develop ourselves etc…
I give a few examples on this in my video today but my main message is: utilizing your creative imagination properly is key for activating your own success mechanism. Consider your brain as software – you can program it as you please. Reprogram your mind so that it assists you in achieving your goals. Edit the negativ component and reprogram it to see opportunities instead…

2. Spend 30 minutes every day listening to someone that inspires you. If you are a member of Empower Network or Big Idea Mastermind you know what I am talking about. You can find a ton of these motivational mentoring videos in our back office. Spend at least 30 minutes each day on these. If you are NOT a member of either of these networks you can always find good stuff around youtube or the world wide web.. I suggest you spend some time before you start this challenge to locate a few good videos so that when you start the challenge you have some material ready. You can also find good audiobooks or podcasts etc. Email me or comment below if you want suggestions!
3. Watch at least ONE of my blog videos per day. They are all available on YouTube but you find most of them also on this blog. My video blogs touch the subjects of many of the books I mentioned above. The topic is mostly motivational, on reprogramming of your mind and working on a mindset for success.
Do all of this for 30 days straight. Then let me know if this would NOT work for you. Cause I believe it will work for each one of you who decide to take action and make the commitment.
It is a commitment for your future. A commitment for your success in life. A commitment for your happiness.
This is building your foundation. Without the proper foundation you will have a much harder time being successful in anything you attempt to do, either it is in online business/network marketing or in your personal life. Everyone should do this!

Today’s video subject is a combination of some topics I touched into through several different books recently.
Mainly this is a combination of Corrective Thought and Imagination.
I would like to take this opportunity to recommend the book “Psycho-Cybernetics” by Maxwell Maltz. A great book on reprogramming your mind that I think everyone should read. I will not go through this book chapter by chapter but I will bring up a few parts of it here and there that I think are important.
