Wow, I’m SO excited about the $10K in 30 Day program and what it’s doing for me… Vick is literally taking us by the hand and sharing with us what HE would do if he had to start making money online all over again today. There’s some real good stuff in that program and I am only on day 7 so far. Wootwoot!
My topic of today relates to the books “Secrets of a Millionaire’s Mind” and “Born Rich” by T.Harv Eker and Bob Proctor. I work a lot on personal development and it has really changed my life. Btw, did you know that by saving $20 per week you can still become a millionaire? You just have to make the money work FOR YOU.. not the other way around 😉 More about that in my video.

Topic I’m focusing on today is on how you can build your self-confidence. It is such a huge part of being happy that I wanted to dedicate some time to it.
Today I’m talking about the fight or flight mechanism, and how it’s not as natural as other mechanisms…
I would like you to understand that your success mechanism is just as natural as breathing and much more natural than fight or flight mechanism.
So, this weekend was amazing. I thought I had a pretty clear vision and purpose with my business… Boy, I had no idea what I was in for when I decided to go to the Empower Network “Don’t be a wussy” event.
Please… if you are a member of my network… please make sure you go to the next event. It will only give you loads of value.. It’s so worth it that it should almost be mandatory. We came from there as new people. With a bright and clear vision. We know exactly what we want to accomplish and we know exactly what we need to get there.
The next events are spread out in four cities – Orlando, FL – Anaheim, CA – Dallas, TX and Washington DC. I will definitely be in DC, but may attend several if time allows. On the next event – you will see me on stage receiving my huge paycheck. The plan is that the check would say “$35 000” by that time. October 18th. YEAH!
Anyways, in my video today I am sharing with you some of the stuff they taught us this weekend. I will keep giving you some stuff like this all week as I go through all my notes again. Today is VERY important as it is crucial for your success. Really, this goes for anything you want to do – not just about making money online. You have to set your intention, clarify your vision, set your goals, imagine your ideal situation etc…
This is what Dave Wood and Vick Strizheus in particular pushed us on at the beginning of the event. KNOW what you want.. and don’t just say “I wanna be super rich” cause that will get you nowhere.
Picture waking up in your ideal day.. What do you see, what do you hear, what do you smell.. How do you FEEL? What do you do when you get out of bed, who is there, where are you, what are your plans for that day – etc.
WRITE IT DOWN! Be very detailed… write it all down.. FEEL it.. and look at this sheet every day from now on.. Keep the vision of your ideal day clearly in mind. This is what you are working for so don’t lose sight of it..

I am still on stress management as a topic. Yesterday we talked about how you can practice not reacting immediately and with stress. Today I want you to start practicing stressful situations ahead of time and by that, relieving some of the pressure from it.
An example from the video today is stressful conversations with your boss(assuming you are not an internet marketer and you actually work from someone else). Picture yourself preparing to ask your boss for a promotion or a raise. You may be worried that your boss will turn you down, maybe worried he will ask you some tough questions… What if he brings up that mistake you made with the orders last quarter? What if someone has complained on your performance without you knowing it, and now he will bring it up to prevent having to give you a raise? –> Here’s what you do:
Sit down and spend some time picturing how the conversation may go. What is the most likely turn of events. Word by word, hear the conversation in your mind. When you feel like you are done – start over but make the conversation take a slightly different turn. Then do it again. And again… until you are sure you have gone through all the possible outcomes. Prepare for the arguments and questions your boss may ask you. See yourself giving the proper answers.
By doing this you remove the stress from the situation. You can go into the meeting knowing that no matter what your boss will throw at you – you have an answer and you will not be nervous about stumbling along. You GOT THIS!

I have an exercise for you today. I want you to try to NOT condemn, criticize or complain at all today. Not towards others and not towards yourself. Be aware of your mind today and notice when you are doing any one of the three C-s. See how it goes.
Studies have shown that humans spend about 2 hours per day just condemning themselves. 2 hours of a day feeling like you should be doing better than what you are doing and blaming yourself. Kicking yourself. Thats horrible! Stop it!
Try this and let me know how it goes.
P.S I’m no expert on this.. I have to constantly train and control my mind to stop doing this. Some days are better than others.
